Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Projects
**Location of Position** **:** Shanghai, China **Role & Responsibilities:** Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : The position will work with different key stakeholders in project planning, implementing and resources management to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives in the Supply Chain area. The position will manage projects against the constraints of scope, time and budget. In addition, this role will also be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables follow the VF new operating approach and establish the Supply Chain organization as a trusted strategic partner to our brands platforms. Key Result Areas: + Working with leadership to identify strategic projects to support our business and customers + Leading a portfolio of projects, establishing the project charters & project plan for each + Acting as project manager, or a project workstream leader in large-scale corporate projects + Conducting feasibility studies to ensure a valid business case together with an aligned ROI + Creating project organization structures of sponsors, steering committee, SMEs, technical support, etc., and ensuring with adequate knowledge and resource support. + Tracking project progress and communicating project status and project score cards + Working with project sponsors, stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME) & functional leads to ensure projects accomplish stated goals & outcomes on time and within budgets + Escalating issues to the project sponsors, leadership and management teams + Documenting the project plan, project deliverables (e.g. process and system design, SOP, training material), project best practices + Conducting the lesson learned session and celebrating the project success + Triaging and prioritizing change requests, and aligning with cross-functional SME on behalf of supply chain operations function. **Competency Requirements :** + Demonstrated leadership skills in the project matrix + Significant exposure to project planning, project budget and financial management processes + Strategic thinking, and also able to resolve obstacles in detailed process & system flow + Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects or in a large-scale integrated project program + Worked effectively in a collaborative environment & foster teamwork + Self-motivated with sense of urgency and ownership mindset + Strong influencing, leadership and negotiation skills. + Excellent written and oral communication skills **Experience** + 5+ years of business experience, preferred in Business Operations or Supply Chain in APAC retail environment + 3+ years of experience in projects **Academic Qualifications** + Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s Degree + PMP/ Project Management qualification is a plus + Six Sigma/ Lean qualification is a plus **Language Proficiency:** + Fluent in English and Chinese **Specific Working Conditions** + Frequency of Travel: as required + Other Specific Working Conditions : Not Applicable R-20250717-0031 VF Diversity Vision Statement VF is committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the differences among all of our associates, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we live and conduct business.
