We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and implementing leading-edge solutions, ideas, and technologies across Nissan North America’s manufacturing supply chain. The Systems & Strategy team focuses on four main pillars: Systems, Analytics, Process, and People. The work in these areas is to ensure stability and efficiency across the supply chain and Nissan’s manufacturing facilities.

This candidate will work closely with Nissan Digital (IS/IT) on setting up our Snowflake Data pipeline and overall SCM data strategy.  The candidate will also help to drive advanced analytics by providing recommendations and guidance on ways to translate data into actionable information and insights in order to make better business decisions for Nissan Supply Chain.

A Day in the Life:   

Lead development and implementation of standardized inventory processes across Nissan’s regional supply chain, improving part availability while minimizing investment.Serve as SME for inventory management software (Servigistics, CLICK, and SPM), forecasting methodologies, and diagnostic tools to elevate decision-making and performance metrics. Partner with Aftersales SCM teams across the Americas to ensure alignment, training, and adoption of best practices in inventory control and deployment.  Drive system and process enhancements, challenge traditional methods, and mentor analysts to maintain high inventory efficiency and fill rates. 

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

A total of 5+ years of analytics reporting and insight experience with increasing responsibility in multiple areas of sales and marketing function within a large-scale corporate organization..In-depth and proven knowledge of Supply Chain Management and related data and its sources. Ability to properly integrate multiple sources of information while maintaining data integrity and usefulnessDirect experience analyzing data for trends, insights, and the development of compelling stories with data. Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple projects across various work functions, tracking milestones, and delivering deliverables.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Automotive and/or Supply Chain experienceBS is Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Analytics
