Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Requisition ID: 224180 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **Purpose** Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, the Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting: sourcing initiatives; the development and tracking of supplier strategies; and the development and tracking of category strategies. The Senior Sourcing Analyst will also provide procurement system navigation and support to team and business partners; and regular sourcing, supplier, category reporting as well as ad hoc reporting. In this role you will:** + Support sourcing initiatives, including market review, request for proposals/information/quotes, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, preparing and presenting recommendations to decision-makers, and facilitating the sourcing initiative risk management process. + Support the development and tracking of supplier strategies, including analysis of key supplier relationships at the enterprise level for opportunity identification, as well as issues and benefits tracking, and supplier contract hygiene. + Support the development of category strategies including taking an inventory of existing contracts, commitments, services, costs, competitors and timelines; developing and preparing options and recommendations for business review. + Provide regular sourcing-related and ad hoc reporting, including owning and maintaining key inputs, and liaising with internal department colleagues to review and report on initiatives. + Develop working knowledge of the procurement and third-party risk management systems, process and requirements and navigate them to support team and business partners. + Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
