Job DescriptionConduct quantitative & qualitative analysis on key strategic questions for the organizationSupport Sr. Director in managing processes for evaluating & executing on decisions related to Uncommon's school portfolioSupport the development of org-wide communications & presentations for Uncommon's Co-CEOsProvide support to the Co-CEO, Chief of Staff & Strategy and General Counsel on projects and tasks including research, basic data analysis, and communicationsSupport the process for evaluating progress against Uncommon's 5-year strategic planProvide additional administrative support for Co-CEO and Chief of Staff & Strategy on an as needed basisManage or support complex projects and processes related to organizational strategy, growth and other special projectsSupport processes for tracking performance against Uncommon's org-wide key performance indicators (KPIs)

QualificationsBA required1-2 years of professional experience required; 1-2 years of directly related experience requiredExperience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research & analysisExperience with managing projects from inception to completionFamiliarity with identifying and developing opportunities to create efficiency using AI

Compensation 

Compensation for this role is between $84k to $99k. 

Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. If you meet all job description requirements you will likely receive an offer of $89k.
