What you’ll be doing 

As a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Product Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic roadmap for our Sales Origination Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between business strategy and product execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact solutions. You will help track and analyze product performance metrics (KPIs) to inform strategy adjustments and optimize business outcomes. 

The Sales Origination Digital Product and Strategy team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Sales Origination Platform, and Frontline digital products with capabilities that address business objectives and enable optimal client experience. You strive for collaborative environments and are able to balance assertion and patience along with perseverance. 

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. ​

How you’ll succeed 

Product roadmap – Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities, ensuring transparency and shared understanding across all stakeholders.  

Product requirements – Create and/or collaborate on product requirements . And facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure key business requirements and initiative objective are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.

Key performance indicators – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across project scope, schedule, budget, and release milestones to ensure each iteration delivers the expected results. 

Validate – Partner with product and business stakeholders to define, validate, and adapt features, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Subject matter expert – Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for the Sales Origination Platform, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and presenting platform updates and features to internal stakeholders.
