Requirements The Sr Analyst, Revenue Management role plays a critical role in optimizing profitability and market share within the dynamic and rapidly growing Specialty and Import Food sector. Provide analytical expertise to inform pricing strategies, manage promotional activities, and optimize trade spend. This position requires a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and enhance revenue streams. Work closely with the sales, marketing, merchandising and finance teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that directly impact our financial performance. Navigate the complexities of importing and distributing unique food products, ensuring our pricing and promotional efforts align with both company objectives and market demands.

Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Analyze market data, competitive pricing, and cost structures to develop and recommend optimal pricing strategies for new and existing products across various channels.

Promotional Effectiveness & Trade Spend Management: Evaluate the ROI of trade promotions and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to maximize effectiveness and control spend.

Performance Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key revenue management metrics, identifying trends, variances, and actionable insights for leadership.

Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting Support: Contribute to the development of accurate revenue forecasts and support annual budgeting processes by providing data-driven projections and assumptions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, promotion, and product mix strategies.

Data Management & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data within our systems, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to inform revenue management decisions.
