In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers understand the quality and regulatory standards that apply to the Food Ingredients of IFF. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers with product documentation addressing quality and regulatory mattersCompleting and maintaining customer documentation in line with internal policiesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to review and update documentationMonitoring customer needs and identifying opportunities to improve and harmonize documentationAssessing the impact of legislative changes on existing documentation

Our expectations:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within quality/regulatory affairs in the food industryA university degree in science (chemistry, food), or similar level of knowledge acquired through experienceStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsProficiency in corporate IT systemsFull professional fluency in English
