We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Management to join our Operations Program Management team in Santa Isabel, PR, supporting our collaboration with Nord-Micro. This role provides critical support to program execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.
What You Will Do
Lead recovery planning for overdue part numbers within assigned programs, ensuring robust, actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.Partner with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams to align on commitments and deliverables.Drive attainment of customer-critical commitments, proactively escalating risks and ensuring visibility of urgent priorities.Prepare and support customer and program reviews, including site visits, ensuring readiness and alignment across all functions.Maintain accurate and timely program reporting, including daily updates on priority requirements.Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement, accountability, and timely execution.Monitor and report on program performance metrics (yield, quality, supply chain), driving process and KPI improvements.Collaborate with Operations Program Managers (OPMs) and Value Stream Leaders (VSLs) to maintain alignment with customer commitments.Apply aerospace industry practices, standards, and professional concepts to achieve program objectives with minimal oversight.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldDemonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written)U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We Prefer
Available for international travel (training in Germany)High self motivation driving problems with the IPDT on-site and external to a resolution.Experience in program or project management within aerospace, defense, or a related manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable engaging with customers and leadership at all levels.Ability to operate in dynamic environments with competing priorities, while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.What We Offer
