**Job Overview:** The Senior Analyst of Global Planning Operations is to provide analytical, documentation, coordination and system support to help the governance manager drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across global supply planning processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Process Documentation and Maintenance** – Assist in drafting and maintaining process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials. Track updates and version control for global process documentation. Support development of visual process standards using tools like Visio. + **Master Data & Parameter Governance Support** - Analyze planning master data for consistency and correctness across ERP/Planning Tools.Run periodic reports to identify data anomalies or parameter gaps.Support data cleansing or governance campaigns in collaboration with master data teams. + **KPI Reporting & Dashboarding** - Build and maintain dashboards (in Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for key supply planning, conduct trend and root cause analysis for underperformance. + **Governance & Compliance Monitoring** - Support compliance audits by preparing process evidence, documentation, and logs.Maintain process audit trackers and highlight non-conformances.Help track adherence to planning standards and escalate exceptions. + **Continuous Improvement Support** - Collecting and analyzing process performance data, participating in process mapping workshops, building before/after comparisons and benefit cases, maintain CI project tracker and status updates. + **Change Control & Rollout Coordination** - Maintain a global change request log for process or system changes, help evaluate impact of proposed changes via data analysis or stakeholder feedback collection.Support training rollout and post-implementation feedback loops. + **Training & communication Support** – Assist with the creation of onboarding and training materials.Help maintain a knowledge hub or internal SharePoint. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is often preferred. + 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background and understanding in capacity and production planning or similar field. + Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. + Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA). + Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, experiencewith data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. + Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving process improvements in a global setting. **Key Stakeholder Management: (Internal use only)** + VF Commercial: Global Brand Planning team, 3 x regional planning team + VF Product Supply: Global Sourcing Leads by Brand; Global Material Planning team, Global Capacity planning team, Global Allocation team + VF Global Supply Planning team + VF Production Planning team in Regional Office: Across 8 countries and Regional Country Directors. + VF MDM, MDG, DT, Project Team. + Extended working hours due to the time zone difference – Night calls with global team.
