The Senior Analyst, Operations & Integration will help team leaders in completing important projects for growth and process improvement at Bath & Body Works. In addition, this individual may be asked to autonomously manage small-scale projects.

This position requires a good understanding of supply chain fundamentals. It is analytical in nature and requires the ability to learn, apply and connect new concepts/ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

Project Management

· Manages project activities such as timeline creation, issue resolution, risk analysis, and status tracking and reporting

· Prepares for and facilitates project meetings with materials such as agendas, discussion documents, notes, key decisions and action items. Meetings include status updates, workshops, and kick-offs

· Supports creation of executive level presentations to drive decision making

· Effectively communicates with project team members

Supply Chain Best Practices

· Conducts thought-provoking detailed analysis, information collection, planning and development work for project deliverables

· Documents processes related to the product development, sourcing, production, quality and other supply chain functions, as well as movement of products, information and funds

· Gathers standard methodology information on enterprise and supply chain systems like material requirements planning, order management, production, product development, and system integration

· Collaborates across functions with requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of process and/or technology projects

Leadership/Collaboration

· Influences small project teams to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives

· Requires only minimum support/guidance from AVP and Senior Manager, Operations and Integration

Qualifications

· 3-5 years related experience

· Consulting or project experience a plus

· Experience with managing project management activities

· Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork

· Understanding of supply chain fundamentals and systems

· Ability to bring to bear analytical and problem-solving skills to creatively define and document solutions to business problems, with attention to detail

· Effective written and verbal presentation skills

· High level of curiosity, comfort with ambiguous projects, and ability to add customer value quickly

· Strong time management skills, including ability to manage competing priorities to achieve expected results on time

· Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to manage issues and conflicts to resolution with composure

· Demonstrated ability to apply software tools for crafting and managing project deliverables (e.g., MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Education

· Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field is desirable
