**Position Purpose:** The Home Depot's Retail Media Network (Orange Apron Media - OAM) is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Research & Analytics team. This highly technical role will provide clients with analytic and measurement support by developing custom reporting, advanced analytics support and assisting in marketing measurement initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, you will work directly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful narratives and build analytical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and productize custom ad-hoc analytics projects and reports using SQL for scaling to clients * Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using analytical tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights * Assist in the development and automation of marketing analytics tools, and dashboards * Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align analytics efforts with broader organizational goals * Help drive the adoption of measurement solutions such as incrementality testing and A/B testing with internal and external stakeholders by having strong knowledge in methodology and their applications * Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports * Stay current on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of OAM's measurement capabilities **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + Reports to Manager + Position has 0 Direct Reports **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
