Senior Analyst, OAM Research & Analytics

**Position Purpose:**
The Home Depot's Retail Media Network (Orange Apron Media - OAM) is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Research & Analytics team. This highly technical role will provide clients with analytic and measurement support by developing custom reporting, advanced analytics support and assisting in marketing measurement initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, you will work directly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful narratives and build analytical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and productize custom ad-hoc analytics projects and reports using SQL for scaling to clients
* Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using analytical tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights
* Assist in the development and automation of marketing analytics tools, and dashboards
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align analytics efforts with broader organizational goals
* Help drive the adoption of measurement solutions such as incrementality testing and A/B testing with internal and external stakeholders by having strong knowledge in methodology and their applications
* Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports
* Stay current on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of OAM's measurement capabilities

**Travel Requirements:**
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ No travel Required
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be eighteen years of age or older.
+ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
+ Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance
+ Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access
+ Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges
+ Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated ability to work well with others
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong SQL skills
+ Experience in one Programming language (Python or R)
+ Experience creating Tableau dashboards

**Minimum Education:**
+ The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
