**Job Description:**
Right now, we’re looking for a **Manager** to drive that transformation in our Media Business Operations group – someone with an unwavering attention to detail who can support and ensure timely and accurate completion of digital advertising campaign financial results. Sound like you? Read on.
**What you’ll do:**
As a Manager on the Media Business Operations team, you will lead the day-to-day management and oversight of Media Business Operations initiatives for our client(s) as well as a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will delegate work and prioritize tasks amongst the team and while growing a strong collaborative environment. You will collaborate with agency teams and external partners to analyze financial inconsistencies and operational trends across a diverse client portfolio while always striving to refine and develop process. Areas of focus will include insuring overall client financial health, agency systems support, audit compliance, process architecture and agency growth initiatives.
**Day to day your role includes:**
+ Coordination of client media financials across assigned client portfolio and teams
+ Ensure invoice and reconciliation process completed by agreed timing and signoff on campaign closure packets
+ Lead client communications and critical issues for financial and operational matters
+ Guide internal teams on best financial practices as well as system limitations
+ Implement adherence to internal audit controls, maintenance of audit documentation and participate in external audits
+ Track key project achievements, anticipate challenges and raise the appropriate flags to guarantee timely results
+ Partner with media teams to develop client specific billing needs from reporting to system execution strategies
+ Create operational exceptions and process to meet client needs while maintaining agency audit integrity and compliance
+ Collaborate with agency teams and external partners to address areas of attention to improve process, financial standing and/or address client needs
+ Work with Team Leads on new tool evaluations, functionality, process rollouts, and integrations
+ Meet monthly with our extended team to evaluate task execution and provide ongoing feedback to improve efficiency
+ Mentor, empower and serve as a critical issue point of contact for immediate and extended team
+ Begin to understand key elements of terms and conditions within contractual documents
+ Build strong client, partner and interdepartmental relationships – you’ll win their respect and be recognized as a leader on the business
**Qualifications**
**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:**
+ Four-year degree
+ 4-6 years’ experience including 1-3 years in a financial, management and/or operations focused role in an agency or marketing company.
+ A passion for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative structure
+ A stellar ability to tackle issues, solve problems, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
+ Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind
+ MS office suite proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
+ Strong leadership skills and ability to lead change
+ Detail oriented, and highly organized
+ Proficiency with numbers
+ Self-motivated
+ Fiscally responsible
+ Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

**Additional information**
**Compensation Range:** $73,910 - $111,320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
