**Senior Analyst, Master Data Management**
Stryker is seeking a Senior Analyst, Master Data Management. In this role, you’ll be part of a global Master Data team responsible for managing data across multiple regions, supporting both distributors and manufacturers. You will ensure alignment of business needs while delivering accurate, reliable data for transactions and reporting.
**Work Flexibility: Hybrid.**
The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Heredia, Costa Rica and is expected to be onsite at the facility multiple times/week.
**What you will do:**
+ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the JDE ERP system.
+ Manage workflows related to master data creation, updates, process improvements, and ongoing maintenance within the relevant ERP system.
+ Develop deep expertise in the structure of JDE and Stryker’s transactional processes and data storage.
+ Create, maintain, and enforce guidelines for Master Data processes; train cross-functional teams as needed to ensure accurate data management.
+ Generate and analyze reports to monitor data integrity, including ad hoc reporting where standard reports do not meet business requirements.
+ Investigate and resolve complex data-matching issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
+ Identify and correct master data inconsistencies across multiple ERP systems.
+ Support stakeholder SLAs and contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs.
**What you will need**
_Required_ **:**
+ Currently pursuing or completing bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience maintaining master data records or working in finance, supply chain/logistics, or other operations roles
+ Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
+ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MDG, Oracle, JD Edwards)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
_Preferred_ :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, logistics/inventory management or related field
+ SQL query writing skills
+ Business Intelligence tools preferred (Microsoft reporting, PowerBI)
