What you will be doing
As a Sr. Analyst on the Marketing Science Engagement team, you will be part of a fast-growing team and key subject matter expert to the national Client Success and Media teams at Albertsons Media Collective.
The MarSci Engagement team is the analytics center of excellence that provides pre-campaign audience targeting recommendations, data driven storytelling for holistic campaign performance, best in class client consultations, and serves as the business stakeholder to support innovative enhancements for the Albertsons Media Collective.
The position will be based in Boise, ID or Pleasanton, CA and is an in-office position.
Main responsibilities:
The key responsibility of this role is to own the full end to end analytics process during a campaign lifecycle from pre-campaign audience targeting recommendations, to data QA while the campaign is live to providing actionable insights and recommendations upon the completion of the campaign. Act as the analytics and audience subject matter expert and main point of contact for the Client Success and Media Teams across a book of business Ability to understand campaign briefs submitted by clients and provide audience targeting recommendations using 1st party audience segments prior to launch You will be responsible for creating and sharing data-driven insights and recommendations in end-of-campaign reporting to clients You will utilize your knowledge of analytics and statistics to draw insights and interpret complex data to tell a story in a way that is easy for business leaders to understand Use PowerPoint and Excel to complete Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Plans analyses for CPG clients Complete ad hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders by using SQL to query data environments and using that data to build impactful reports
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Consulting or related field 3+ year's experience in data analysis and querying OR marketing analytics and media measurement within an advertising agency or retail media network 3+ year's experience in a client facing, consultative role Proficiency is SQL required Experience with industry data around customer metrics (units/household, household penetration), market share and trends (Symphony, IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Mintel, etc) Experience with Ad Serving, Media Platform, LiveRamp and/or relevant digital media tools Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines Strong balance of analytical as well as communication and presentation skills

Pay transparency language (if applicable)
The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
