How you will make an impact:
The Senior Analyst, Inventory manages all consigned and customer owned inventories through a variety of processes and systems and provides insight to help improve and streamline current processes in collaboration with Customer Operations and R&D business units (non-manufacturing/commercial).
Develop advanced analytical models to make recommendations to stakeholders for process improvements, inventory optimization and E & O mitigationLead the design, creation and execution of system testing processes and process improvement projects to include campus operationsPerform root cause analysis and collaborate cross functionally to resolve escalated complex issues for field scans (e.g., physical vs system of record inventory) or other inventory related issues. Ensure smooth operations, including receiving, storage, delivery and ordering of goods. Identify and design processes and process improvement projects policies and procedures related to inventory management. Collaborate with teams in managing all complex inventory analyses including conversion to consignment. Provide training and coaching for lower-level staff; may be a back-up to manager. Oversee indirect warehouse staff members.Assist Facilities Operations and Construction with various larger maintenance and project management projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation. Serve as a liaison between project stake holders, including customers, contractors and team members to ensure clear communication and collaboration to project completions.Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting related to customer inventory / operations.Manage internal and external audit processes in compliance with requirementsOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of experience working in customer service and/or inventoryWhat else we look for (preferred):

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $113,000 (highly experienced).
