This position is currently classified as “hybrid” in accordance with Takeda’s Hybrid and Remote Work policy and will be based out of Bannockburn, IL.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

The Senior Analyst, Insights and Analytics, plays a critical role in performing advanced data research and analysis to support various BioLife Plasma functions. By analyzing large data sets, this role drives informed business decisions and identifies actionable trends.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform complex data research and analysis to inform business functions and strategic decisions with a focus on ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and integrityThis position works with various functions as analytical needs arise, helping to effectively understand and interpret business casesIdentify trends within large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendationsManage data-driven projects and operational processes independently with minimal supervisionIn addition, this job will be responsible for creating analytic reporting and identifying insights or actions to drive improved optimization within BioLifeContribute business requirements for business technical solutions

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Education

Required: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 3 years analytics experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1 year of experience with a Master's

Skills

Strong communication, analytical, and time management skillsProficient in performing analyses to provide actionable business recommendations and translate into creating clear, concise visuals and persuasive presentations for complex organizationsTechnical: skilled in Excel, Python, SQL, and other analytical platformsProject Management: capable of managing and prioritizing multiple stakeholder requests for analytical support

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$86,500.00 - $135,960.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salaryoffered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
