The Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) within Employee Experience is pivotal in leading and maximising data through harvesting, storage, reporting, and data visualization. By providing actionable insights through dashboards and visual reports, the team enables data-driven decision-making across the function. The Reporting Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making through predictive and prescriptive analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and metrics using tools like Power BI and programming languages like SQL and Python.
