The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Team oversees marketing for our US Consumer cobrand products.

The Senior Analyst, Hilton Cobrand Acquisition Marketing sits within the Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services, which is focused on driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partner products.

This key position will be responsible for pushing growth and innovation within Hilton Email and Direct Mail partner channels. This position helps drive significant Cobrand acquisition, opportunity, and strategy focus, including offer and creative tests through gated capabilities. You will work closely with both the Hilton partner, third-party agencies, and internal American Express teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the broader Hilton Cobrand team that drives significant new card acquisitions for American Express and delivers offer strategy across Hilton and Amex channels.

This role is for someone who has a passion for performance marketing, organization, and understands the value of partnerships. It is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working candidate to build new marketing experiences and join a team that charts our course with a multifaceted and evolving partnership.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Develop winning creatives, offers, and segmentation to drive higher response and acquisition volume across Partner Direct Mail and Email campaigns in partnership with the other Hilton acquisition channel teams. Build positive partnership with key cross-functional partners, including third-party Partner, Legal, Compliance, Operations Teams. Lead campaign management activities, including owning execution timelines, performance monitoring, results analysis, forecasting & budget management, and leadership and development of marketing execution analysts Own recurring performance reporting and monthly forecasting for Partner direct channels Manage set up of audience segmentation and development Manage Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) process, including updating SOWs and working with internal and external parties to extend and/or validate partnership needs and request Support Sr. Manager with strategy for new offers, campaign testing, and audience segmentation, while working closely with tech and analytics partners to enhance findings and insights for best-in-class marketing Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners such as: Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Capabilities, Procurement, Brand and Marketing Channel Partners

Minimum Qualifications

2-3 years professional marketing experience, email and direct mail marketing and/or digital marketing a plus Upbeat self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas Positive relationship builder. You are a person who goes out and proactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others’ goals Stellar organizational skills; attention to detail is key Ability to analyze, understand and present data that generates key insights to drive the business Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate successfully with both internal and external partners A “can do” positive attitude and ability to shift in the face of change quickly

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
