We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Global Services Risk Management (GSRM) team. In this role, you will review Salesforce’s Professional Services deals to ensure they are accurate, meet risk standards, and align with our business strategy. You will play a key role in evaluating and improving the quality and risk profile of these service deals.
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of technology services, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Evaluate professional services deals for accuracy, strategic alignment, pricing, and potential risks.
Review business terms, staffing plans, project scope, and cost estimates to identify areas of concern and recommend mitigations.
Partner with Sales teams to provide guidance on policies, deal structure, and risk evaluation.
Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Professional Services to ensure deals meet company standards.
Maintain multiple deal reviews simultaneously and deliver on time in alignment with internal timelines.
Prepare deal review summaries with detailed findings and recommendations.
Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leaders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of deal review processes and tools.
Support internal projects related to risk management practices, governance, and system enhancements.
Stay informed on industry trends and pricing strategies to support competitive and sustainable service offerings.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, project/program management, or related fields in a technology environment (e.g., SaaS, cloud).
2+ years of experience supporting or structuring service-based contracts (e.g., Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements).
Solid understanding of how professional services work in a technology company.
Basic knowledge of revenue recognition principles for services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under time constraints.
High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Law, or related fields.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
Experience working with Salesforce products or services.
Familiarity with pricing strategies for SaaS/cloud services.
Industry experience in CRM, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail is beneficial.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Exposure to lean/agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
