Key Responsibilities
\nSafeguard the Kempinski standards impacting revenues across our hotels on multiple levels such as room type change, upselling, competitive sets, market segmentation, account production tracking as well as ensuring the BI data is accurate and up to date.\nAssist in the set up and maintenance of Revenue related brand standard and guidelines, such as tools and SOPs (e.g. revenue meeting, rate strategy tool etc) and ensure these are uploaded on mykempinski extranet.\nWork closely with the regional teams to further improve the current processes, tools and guidelines\nProvide monthly reporting results to the CCO including - but not limited to - Market segmentation, Source Market, Channel + OTA and Wholesale partners production and brand contribution report.\nProvide ad hoc analysis (at property, regional or corporate level) using multiple 3rd party data sources such as STR, Travelclick, Rateshopping or OTA data.\nHelp define and review performance of corporate offers, commercial actions and campaigns.\nMonitor rate integrity helping understand the root of rate parity issues and setup strategies to resolve them\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\n2 years experience in Hotel Revenue Management \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong keyboarding skills, is essential.\nRMS knowledge, preferably with Duetto or EZRMS\nExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal\nArticulate thoughts and ideas clearly, fluently, and persuasively.\nAbility to analyse complex data and draw conclusions from the results.\nPerform duties in a detail-oriented manner.\nAbility to come up with own ideas, to formulate these and show a certain level of initiative.\nTeam oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills\nDemonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm\nAbility to work under short deadlines in a dynamic international environment.\nAbility to work independently, often remotely from direct supervisor.\n
