Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accounting and financial analysis activities to support the Global Technology Organization. Facilitate team operations by efficiently executing recharges and accurately managing journal bookings. Assist Technology CAPEX PPM organization in the capital appropriation approval process and monthly financial routines. Manage project capitalization upon project completion, collaborating closely with project managers and Fixed Accounting to ensure timely and accurate capitalization process. Oversee the time reporting activities conducted by Project Managers in the Capital Allocation Tool, ensuring comprehensive adherence to submission protocols, and validating the accurate capitalization of reported hours. Document team processes, ensuring a comprehensive and standardized repository that facilitates efficient understanding and execution of operational procedures. Location(s)
