In brief, you will be responsible for:
Supply Planning for a network of factories to ensure the efficient & effective management of Service, Inventory & Cost to meet customer & consumer demand
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities.
Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities & business process initiatives
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
3+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG
Strong knowledge of S&OP and Supply Planning principles
Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning software & tools (OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO)
