And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** As a Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will be responsible for financial planning & analysis activities for a portion of the P&L. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You and your work will help provide management the data and insights needed to make critical business decisions, while working cross-functionally with actuarial, accounting, and finance teams. Other responsibilities for the Senior Analyst FP&A include but are not limited to: + Participate in the development of the annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Medicare objectives + Support development and maintain model building, data and assumption application, analysis, and reporting + Perform financial analysis including conducting research and identifying underlying drivers of variances + Perform financial analysis to support ad hoc requests + Must be able to multi-task and work effectively toward deadlines. + Must be a naturally curious self-starter who is willing to take risks **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role + 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience as well as experience with all of Microsoft Suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2 or more years of financial modeling experience + 2 or more years of financial planning & analysis experience + Medicare experience + Strong communication skills + Attention to detail + Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities + Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
