Position Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial planning & analysis activities for a portion of the P&L. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You and your work will help provide management the data and insights needed to make critical business decisions.

This role will support CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services segment.


Required Qualifications

2+ years PBM OR Healthcare financial modeling experience2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.1 year of experience with SQL.Experience presenting information/data to an executive presence.


Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experienceExperience with modeling/forecasting drug utilizationOutcomes oriented with the ability to deliver accurate and timely resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility and desire to learn new technologiesFamiliarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Big Data, Big Query and SAP a plusProject Management and Process ImprovementTechnical background along with FinancePython/R scripting capabilities


Education

Bachelor’s in Finance/Data Science/Data Analytics or Master's degree in Finance/Data Science/Data Analytics

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
