That means you will work alongside an accomplished and highly collaborative team that inspires commitment to our goal in attaining excellence in everything they do. **Job Purpose Summary** We are seeking a **Senior Analyst, FP&A** with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Senior Analyst, FP&A position is responsible for supporting the VP of Finance in the preparation of business unit reporting, budgeting, and forecasting and ad hoc reporting by business, as requested. The individual must be proactive and gain a detailed understanding of the business and underlying drivers that impact results. The position involves detailed financial reporting and analysis for all aspects of the financial results of the business including sales reporting, manufacturing, OpEx, Capex, full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. **What you will do** • Consolidate and draft regular monthly and quarterly reporting for various business units. • Analyze current/past financial data and performance, prepare reports, financial projections, accruals, and other analysis of operational results. • Support preparation of annual budget & periodic Forecasts for the Group of companies including analyzing monthly results and reporting of actual results versus budget/forecast. • Support preparation of monthly reporting packages including in depth analysis of sales, manufacturing and OpEx variances. • Provide customer-level profitability reporting, product level pricing / margin analysis, and other ad-hoc analyses as needed. • Create, maintain, and improve financial models & reports in Excel and Vena Solutions. • Assist in the preparation of the presentations for the senior leadership team. • Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional teams and management as requested. • Other duties as assigned. **What you will need** • Strong finance and accounting background. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft AX a plus) and BI (Vena a plus) systems. • Excellent time management and organizational ability. • Ability to meet constant deadlines. • Hands-on approach and creative thinker. • Demonstrates successfully working in an extremely fast-paced environment. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** • Ability to work remotely as part of a team **Education, Credentials** **or** **Training** • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline – MBA a plus. • 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience. **Competencies** • Accounting/ Financial acumen combined with excellent analytical skills. • Microsoft Office: expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities and meet ongoing deadlines. • Medical industry experience is a plus. **What we value** + **Customer First** - We deliver extraordinary experiences. + **Accountability** - We do what we say. + **Integrity** - We do what is right. + **Inspired** - We love what we do. + **One Global Team** -We before me, always.
