As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nIdentify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate the strategy effectively.\nConduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nWork effectively with all support functions to streamline the Development process.\nOrganize meetings with external partners to improve Hilton’s positioning in the market.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nPrepare and circulate all analytics related to growth and pace.\nLeverage Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and development restrictions.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTwo (2) years of work experience in analytics or hospitality consulting\nHigh proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel\nTravel up to 30%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA/Master’s Degree \nProficiency in any of the following tools: MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR (Smith Travel Research), CoStar or ArcGIS\nA solid understanding of and a passion for the hotel industry\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
