Overview The Sr. Analyst, Data Analytics & Intelligence, is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboard solutions, with a focus on web analytics, in collaboration with the analytics team. This role involves working with Engineering and BI Product Development to build accurate, efficient, and insightful data pipelines leading to dashboard visualizations. Responsibilities Design, build, and automate back-end data processes supporting Tableau dashboards, preferably using Google Cloud Platform/Google Big Query. Enhance and expand front-end Tableau dashboard functionality with new features and requirements often involving back-end modifications. Maintain in-depth knowledge of client data, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive documentation. Solve technical issues independently in SQL, Tableau, etc., and optimize data processes for efficiency. Analyze unfamiliar data to identify trends and distributions, becoming a subject matter expert in advanced SQL, Tableau, and other analytics tools. Conduct exploratory analyses, test hypotheses, and evaluate them using available data. Qualifications Proficient in SQL for developing solutions and automations within large enterprise data warehouses. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau (preferred), or other platforms like Domo, Power BI, Shiny, Looker. Minimum of 4 years in marketing analytics. Proven project management ability for delivering insights and recommendations to clients. Understanding of marketing and ecommerce principles, and cross-channel analytics. Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (preferred). Strong communication skills for simplifying complex problems and solutions. Capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Sheets; knowledge of dbt, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket is a plus. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
