We pride ourselves on combining the atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader. **Overview** **We’re searching for a Senior Analyst, Creative Analytics** who will be a key contributor within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. Data and Analytics is structured into three specialties: Data Intelligence, Data Strategy and Data Technology. Data Intelligence leaders are responsible for developing and translating the data story in meaningful ways and applying analytical insights to business challenges. This requires being a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to business and marketing performance analytics. Data Intelligence leads are responsible for the foundational elements that make our clients better able to plan, optimize, measure, and share the performance of their marketing efforts. **Responsibilities** **Tasks and responsibilities include:** + Support the development of the overall measurement strategy for clients through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans + Support and execute the measurement plan + Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams + Contribute to client communications and deliverables, helping to define the story in a simple and concise way and communicating success of client’s marketing efforts + Contribute to day-to-day client deliverables + Conduct hands-on analysis, crafting insights that help improve performance + Through compelling data visualizations, develop, maintain and communicate insights, key metrics and reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement + Keep internal stakeholders informed about new opportunities, issues and performance succeses. + Foster and contribute to a team environment **Qualifications** **To qualify, you’ll need:** + Four year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing) + Master’s degree (preferred) + 1-2 years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive + Knowledge of the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs + Knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care) + Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot + Ability to work across multiple disciplines and teams + Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills + Hands on experience manipulating data and developing visually compelling reports + Proven record with strong client relationship skills + Strong familiarity with the digital environment and tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DCM, etc.) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Candidate must be open to travel as needed + CANDIDATE MUST SIT IN PHILADELPHIA OR NYC **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $98,000 - $109,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
