To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you'll be doing** Compliance & Global Regulatory Affairs (Compliance & GRA) assists our Bank in developing and executing a robust and proactive regulatory compliance and regulatory affairs strategy, and effectively managing regulatory risk. The Compliance and EAML Examination Programs (CEEP) team, is a group within the Compliance Department which consists of several multi-skilled examination teams, including the Centralized Support Services (CSS) Team. CSS is responsible for supporting the EAML and Compliance Examination teams through the development, implementation and maintenance of the examination program, tools/templates, annual examination schedule and management reporting. In addition, the CSS team manages and executes the Quality Assurance program to assess the effectiveness and quality of examinations. The Senior Analyst, Centralized Support Services is responsible to support the administration of Programs & Process and Reporting functions. Through the management of various administrative tasks you’ll ensure examination teams are provided the appropriate support to execute against the annual examination plan. In addition, you will CSS in the day-to-day maintenance and management of the 2nd LOD exam programs. The Senior Analyst will support management with the strategic direction and evolution of the processes, procedures and tools to enable the team to effectively deliver the Enterprise AML, and Compliance 2nd Line of Defense Examination Program. This may include making enhancements to existing templates and tools, assist with retrieving information and best practices, and collaborate with examination teams for feedback and input. In addition, the Senior Analyst will support the CEEP examinations teams with onboarding/offboarding of team members, system access requests, and TeamMate (Examination Tool) workflow support. Support management with request for information from various business partners, maintain and update the team SharePoint site, manage the examination team mailboxes to ensure items requiring attention are assigned to the correct individuals (this includes sending out all CEEP artifacts - Final Report, Announcement Letters, Letter of Engagement to clients), assist in obtaining data used for upcoming examinations from internal business partners, and support the records management process for the overall function to ensure alignment with CIBC Policies. The incumbent will also support other pillars within CEEP such as Training and Performance Monitoring, Data Analytics and Continuous Monitoring, Methodology and QA. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
