Role/ Department:

A new opportunity has arisen within our SharePoint / Business Unit. This team plays a key role in supporting internal process improvements and automation initiatives across our Guernsey Partner teams, helping to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be an important part of the Development team, supporting colleagues and stakeholders in identifying ways to simplify manual processes and improve how work gets done.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in business improvement and technology. This role is suited to early graduates or individuals at the early stage of their career looking to build experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Support internal teams by reviewing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automationWork with colleagues to understand business needs and suggest practical, user-friendly solutionsAssist with testing, documenting, and implementing process changes or improvementsHelp maintain internal tools, such as SharePoint and Power Suite workflows, with training and support providedCoordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issuesParticipate in meetings and workshops to gather feedback and contribute to project deliveryTrack progress against targets and help ensure service levels are met

Strong communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative and adaptable mindsetAttention to detail and willingness to learn new toolsSome experience working with business processes, reporting, or systems support is a plusAn interest in technology, process improvement, or dataExperience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) is helpfulPrevious experience in a support, operations, or process improvement role (financial services experience beneficial but not essential)A degree is welcome but not essential – we welcome applications from candidates with relevant skills and work experience
