**What You’ll Be Doing**
The Consultant Business Effectiveness will be joining the Distribution and Cards Technology (D&CT) and Digital Technology (DT) Business Management Office (BMO). This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including financial management activities including forecasting, preparation and tracking of budgets, management reporting, project reporting, business case reviews, month end, and other ad-hoc assignments. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability to changing priorities, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. Your contributions will be vital in establishing and enhancing procedures and reports that support the D&CT and DT BMO.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Financial management:** Work with internal business partners to manage base and project budgets. Review forecasts, actuals, and variances monthly. Provide input to fiscal planning process. Review business cases and provide advisory to project leads, resource managers and executive audiences as needed. Manage month end close activities.
+ **Reporting:** Prepare regular portfolio reports, spend analysis reports, and dashboard reporting in Tableau. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting. You will interact with the Finance department on a regular basis, for the purpose of ensuring financials are accurate and polices are adhered to. Tableau dashboards are updated monthly and shared with executive audiences.
+ **Organization** - Oversee requests from various stakeholders and thoughtfully create and/or edit a wide variety of presentation and communication materials (e.g. key messages, communication plans, tactical deliverables, presentations etc.)
+ **Communication –** You are highly skilled at both written and oral communication. You can effectively articulate issues / recommendations via your analyses. while also monitoring different mailboxes
+ **Contract Management -** Assist with Contract engagement financial activities as required by the team.
**Who You Are**
+ **You can demonstrate 5** **+** **experience:** in a related role with exposure to SDLC/STLC/QA Lifecyle management. Able to work on multiple assignments if required simultaneously and produce quality results. Strong problem solving skills , understanding complex application interface and effectively communicating them to management / stakeholders. Problem Solving with knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
+ **You have a degree/diploma in:** Engineering, Business, Technology and/or a related field. PMO or IT Tool certifications are an asset.
+ **You have working knowledge with:** Alteryx, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Financial Institute working knowledge.
