About the Role

S/he will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making within AIA Myanmar Agency Distribution team. You will work closely with the Agency Strategy, Planning and Governance team and other cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights and make informed business decisions, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establish and enforce Agency governance policies and standards to maintain quality, security, and compliance with company’s standards.Maintain integral day to day operations related, but not limited to, Agency Commissions, Budget, Bonuses and Financials.Identify potential risks, prepare and execute mitigation plans, risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Agency GovernanceValidate the accuracy of agency related reports and campaign leaderboards, to ensure that all data entries are accurate, consistent and are based on valid criteria and calculations.Review and cross-check report figures against the source data to identify inconsistencies.Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the validation process and ensure that agency data aligns with the company’s data governance standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive, data-driven reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management team.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate insights, findings and recommendations to management team and key stakeholders.Lead projects related to Agency data analytics, reporting, strategy and planning, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Utilize project management tools and techniques.Planning, support and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Agency Strategy, Planning and Governance related projects and initiatives

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.Accreditation in ACCA and/or LCCI (Level 3) Strongly PreferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy, financial analysis, business analytics or data analytics roles within the insurance, financial services or technology industriesExperience in Auditing, Financial Accounting, Compliance, Risk or related roles strongly preferredStrong understanding of insurance industry financial practices and regulations preferredFamiliarity with data modeling, statistical techniques, and predictive analytics is advantageous
