We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Business Development team in managing new loans, bonds, and escrow mandates. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operational workflows across deal tracking, CRM data entry, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience in loan sales/trader support and proficiency with Salesforce, coupled with a strong grasp of LSTA/LMA market standards
Responsibilities:Enter new mandates and pipeline data into Salesforce, maintaining accurate deal progression.
Coordinate with finance/ billing to manage project codes and invoicing workflows using Dynamics.
Track client contacts on new deals and ensure timely follow-up with Business Development Team
Enter call reports, new contacts and follow up actions into Salesforce
Process travel and business expenses and provide administrative assistance to the sales function.
Maintain documentation and records across multiple internal systems.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Skills:
Accuracy and an understanding of the business
Bring efficiencies into the role, ability to streamline processes and distribute information to scale.
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities in a changing environment.
Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office (Word, advanced Excel and Outlook)
Effective communication and people skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Experience working with banking platforms or financial software is a plus.
Experience:Solid understanding of the LSTA & LMA markets.
Prior experience in sales support, trader support, or related structured finance role.
Skilled in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational strength, and time management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teamsQualifications:
Master / bachelor’s degree in marketing / finance, or a related field.
