Your Opportunity:

Join CSL’s Finance team in Tokyo as a Senior Analyst, Accounting Transactions. In this key role, you will support global accounting operations with a focus on cash management, tax support, intercompany transactions, and asset processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment within a global pharmaceutical company.

Your Role:

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations in SAP.Support local tax filings and prepare related documentation.Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting.Oversee AP/AR processes, including vendor and customer data management.Contribute to month-end closings and financial reporting.Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements.

Your experience:

3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a global or pharmaceutical environment.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Effective communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.Experience working cross-functionally with Finance Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs).Experience collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and business partners.
