Job Responsibilities
Act as trusted partner and advisor as Abbott’s main contact to customersManage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as: strategic account management and post-sales implementation processNew product and menu expansion targeting and sales supportPrepare and execute regular customer business reviewsSuccess in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue.Management of medium to large accounts, maintain network customer satisfactionExperience sharing and support for Ambassador in the teamRequirements
Degree in medical technology, life sciences or business or equivalent Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred Computer knowledge At least THREE year of relevant experience
