Job DescriptionReporting to our Retail Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Department, driving media performance, nurturing account growth, and managing a newly onboarded client. You’ll take ownership of campaigns for a US-based global brand specialising in drinkware and kitchen products, delivering impactful results across Amazon DSP and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
As the line manager for two junior team members, you’ll also support their development while contributing to activation, optimisation, reporting, testing, and client communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage retail media campaigns, inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and Demand-Side Platform activations across retail networks (Amazon).Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.Complete campaign builds, daily pacing, optimisation and reporting.Create professional client-facing documents highlighting performance insights.Lead client-facing presentations, communicating strategy, performance, and recommendations.Mentor and help develop two junior team members.QualificationsFluent in English.About 4 years of experience with sponsored ads and display advertising through Amazon, working in the Ad Console with complex retail media budgets.Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions).Familiarity with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue, or with Amazon Marketing Cloud.You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.You show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
