The opportunity
This opportunity is within our Digital Transformation team, that provides advisory services focused on ERP enablement, ERP selection, developing road map for Oracle Fusion Financials migration, enterprise asset management and quality assurance of ongoing implementation.
We are looking for an AM/Manager with a strong delivery track record in Enterprise Resource Planning who is able to leverage technology-based solutions to deliver business outcomes for our clients.
The role will be based in our Centers of excellence in Jordan, Egypt and Pakistan (Rapid Innovations) and will cater to the client engagements across the MENA region.
Your key responsibilities
As an AM/Manager within our FAAS digital team you will specialize in Oracle EPM modules and work closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses. You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a strong Oracle Cloud ERP implementation background.
You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Skills and attributes for success
Pro- activity, accountability, and results- driven people will flourish in this environment. Dealing with competing priorities, understanding how to manage resources, and communicating effectively are key skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as finance, accounting, computer science or engineering 2-3 implementations of Oracle EPM. 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on technology enabled finance transformation and broader finance and systems. Really exceptional candidate can even consider for Senior Manager role. Strong knowledge of EPM tools and processes including financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation. Expertise in Smart View, data management, and data integration tools (e.g., Data Management/FDMEE). Experience in designing metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards. Good understanding of finance and accounting principles. Experience in integrating EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud). Established work experience in the Oracle practice – Knowledge in implementation of Oracle EPM modules. Ability to configure, test and suggest best practices for the Oracle EPM modules. Experience with implementation of Oracle Hyperion (On Premise) along with Oracle EPM will be preferred. The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictate. Track record with a leading consulting firm.
