Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer who thrives at the intersection of cloud and AI-assisted development by using Vibe Coding and Modern AI First tools like Cursor, Sindsurf, Replit and Claude Code etc. The person should have good technical knowledge on Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Java.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Augmented Development:
Design and develop scalable applications using AI-augmented coding practices. Collaborate with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Replit to generate, review, and refine code. Integrate natural language prompts into development workflows to streamline coding tasks. Contribute to the evolution of internal Vibe Coding practices and mentor peers on AI-first development.Cloud Architecture & Engineering:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. Manage cloud administration, including resource provisioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and optimization. Design and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates. Ensure secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.Required Skills & Experience:
9+ years of overall IT experience with a strong development background. 3+ years of experience in AI-assisted development (e.g., Vibe Coding, GitHub Copilot, Claude). 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, security). 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. 7–8 years of experience in Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs). Proficiency with AI-first IDEs like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, and platforms like Replit. Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, cloud security, and performance tuning. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native design.Preferred Qualifications:
Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Experience with frameworks like NestJS, Streamlit, or Abyss. Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor). Prior involvement in Vibe Coding demos or community sessions.
