Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead our AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML applications and solutions, with an emphasis on generative AI and at least 5 years working with Large Language Models. This role requires a deep understanding of transformer models and how they function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across multiple use cases. Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with the team to solve complex AI-related problems using cutting-edge techniques in NLP and machine learning. Continuously stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technology and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and are scalable. Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5-10 years in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a technical role. Generative AI Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI applications and solutions. Large Language Models: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Transformer Models: Strong understanding of Transformer models and their working mechanisms. Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams. Strong coding and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cutting-edge AI tools and platforms. Knowledge of deploying AI models in cloud environments. Familiarity with AI ethics and data privacy concerns. Benefits
