What You’ll Own

As a Senior ML & AI Engineer, you’ll work with bleeding-edge technologies to build innovative fintech products that transform how the world pays, banks, and invests. You’ll be responsible for developing core versions of AI and GenAI applications, identifying client requirements, defining technical specifications, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting client training.

Design, build, and deploy ML models, LLMs, and generative AI systems for real-world applicationsDevelop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similarFine-tune and optimize large-scale models for performance, scalability, and reliabilityAnalyze, design, program, debug, and enhance software used in commercial-grade applicationsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and system designsWrite clean, maintainable code and perform rigorous testing and debuggingParticipate in software design meetings and contribute to architectural decisionsDocument development processes and support installation and maintenance proceduresCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Client Training) to ensure successful adoption of AI solutionsLead or contribute to project planning, budgeting, and deliveryPresent technical insights and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and generative modelsFamiliarity with agentic AI tools and orchestration frameworksSolid understanding of data science, statistics, and model evaluation techniquesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps toolsProficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Strong grasp of design patterns, AI system architecture, and modeling techniquesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiencesProven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Experience with financial services, banking, or payments technologyFamiliarity with FIS/Worldpay products and servicesKnowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma)Experience with secure, scalable cloud-native architecturesContributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
