We have created an Agile Centre of Excellence and are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead our coaching team, deliver the day-to-day coaching, training and mentoring needed for new and existing Agile squads and tribes across the organisation.
You’ll use a variety of skills creating and delivering live training offerings, helping the organisation understand the importance of delivering better value to our customers. If you’re someone who’s performed a similar role already, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your career

Facilitating and providing coaching to teams, tribes and leaders within Santander, helping the organisation move towards a more Agile mindset
Setting up new tribes and teams and inspiring and supporting them in delivering value, quality and a great customer experience whilst increasing colleague happiness
Being a true leader with the ability to step in, build relationships and work with teams and individuals at varying stages in their Agile journey
Assisting teams or individuals broaden their knowledge of product by training them in techniques like value stream mapping, lean start up, user story mapping and prototyping
Focussing on delivering value, building quality in and seeking feedback using iterative development methods
Providing line management of less experienced coaches and grow the talent pool of future coaches.
What you’ll bring.
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
Extensive demonstrable skill and knowledge gained from experience as an Agile coach, including the coaching of senior leaders in an agile mindset and practices.
Substantial knowledge of Agile in a variety of contexts, and organisations.
Strong Scrum, Kanban and Lean knowledge, and experience of using, training and coaching tools and practices such as cynefin, OKRs, QBRs.
Make sure that agile organisation and ways of working are continuously evaluated and improved
Build and develop our agile coaching talent pool
It would also be nice for you to have.
A rich set of facilitation, training, mentoring and coaching tools and techniques
Demonstrable experience in continuous learning and providing knowledge to facilitate classes, workshops and other sharing events such as Meet-ups
Experience in building, developing an agile organisation and/or agile ways of working
Experience of line-management and growing teams in size and capability.
What else you need to know.
This role is based in our Milton Keynes Office.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

This is a 12 month fixed term role.
