Job Summary:
In this evolving energy landscape, power is critical for growth and to keep operations going. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of this fast-evolving energy landscape and help grow one of the key pillars of EPD. As a Senior Aftermarket Marketing Consultant within the Electric Power Division, you will become an expert in life-cycle services marketing. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing promotional campaigns to support the Go-to-Market Strategy, aiming to create awareness, consideration, and leads for aftermarket services at both the point of sale and post-sale stages with the target audience.

What You Will Do:

Aftermarket Services: You will manage marketing for Electric Power Vision Link, Customer Value Agreements, Rebuild and Repair Options, and Extended Service Cover offerings, helping grow our support to existing customer while attracting new ones. 

Promotional Campaigns: You will determine the right mix of tactics to achieve campaign success and deliver growth including SEM, SEO, content, digital, and email marketing. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop webinars, podcasts and blogs to raise awareness of our offering. 

Campaign Effectiveness: Monitoring the effectiveness of these campaigns will be a key aspect of your role and you’ll have the opportunity to bring and pilot new ideas to maximize success. 

Dealer Support: You will have the opportunity to work with the global dealer network to identify materials and resources needed for Prioritized Service Events (PSE). 

Communication: Maintaining effective internal communications in and outside the department to discuss and align the aftermarket and lifecycle strategies to the changing organizational scenarios.

Social Media: You’ll create new concepts and ideas to not only contribute to EPD channel growth but also to tell the aftermarket story to customers. In developing these, you will be able to leverage our internal, dealer and customer network for exciting and dynamic content.  

Design: If desired, you will be able to design materials for digital, physical events and print, experimenting with new messaging and concepts 

What You Have:

Customer Focus:  Extensive experience and knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.  

Relationship Management:  Extensive experience and knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.   

Strategic Thinking: Working knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. 

Promotion and Marketing Communications: Extensive experience and knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market. 

Additional Information:

This position is located in Dallas, TX and does offer domestic relocation

Up to 25% domestic and international travel expected

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
