Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer- Fabrication

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing processes. This includes design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and/or Fabrication processes, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Development of CNC programs from scratch, based on 3d Model or 2d Drawings based on Master CAM, or preferable ESPRIT system.
+ Standardize all CNC’s programs based on product specifications, tolerances and manage a robust Database of programs with DNC system
+ Standardize all Tooling based on latest technologies for SMED
+ Use statistical tools for data analysis and decision-making. Specifically, CPk, CPm, GR&R, statistical process controls
+ Identify and analyze areas of opportunity for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other analytical tools.
+ Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct recurring process problems.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
+ Generate periodic reports on the performance of manufacturing processes, including efficiency, quality, and cost metrics.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ A strong foundation in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering principles.
+ Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools for CNC Programming, product design and analysis and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
+ Process expert on CNC fabrication (VMC, Swiss lathe and Multi axis CNC Lathe) in terms of programming, troubleshooting, tooling and tool selection, process optimization
+ Skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
+ The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and cross-functional teams.
+ A mindset focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.
+ A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
+ +3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process engineering role.
+ Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, statistical analysis tools, and other relevant engineering software.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
+ Knowledge in reading product drawings.
+ Fluency in English/ Spanish, both written and spoken.
