Job Description
Reporting to the AdTech Solutions Director, as a Senior Manager, Ad Tech Solutions, you will play an important role in the success of the Partnership team, by being a platform specialist across Amazon DSP, DV360, CM360, SA360 and resolving platform questions logged through our ticketing system by our clients.
You will onboard, and support Amazon DSP and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving relationships while ensuring they receive the best service. You will also provide consultative, tailored recommendations that have broader business possible effects for the client and lead great Amazon and GMP product adoption. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Amazon DSP clients, providing expert guidance on technology usage and best practices.Lead strategic account planning sessions, aligning GMP capabilities with client goals.Guide renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities to increase platform investment.Deliver client training sessions, product updates, and thought leadership presentations.Partner with our teams to advocate for client needs and influence GMP product roadmaps, and to provide recommendations for clients related to driving Amazon DSP and GMP product adoption.Be an escalation point for complex technical and challenges, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.Review platform contracts and facilitate questions around terms and conducting billing validation.Lead platform demos to clients explaining the functionality, implementation approach, and business benefits of the Amazon and GMP technologies for our clients.Complete scorecards and basic audits for Amazon and GMP products and communicate the value of the adopted features.Complete account build tasks (Advertiser creation, linking, floodlight/audience creation) associated with platform onboarding and implementation engagements.Provide guidance and training to junior team members.Attend client calls to serve as the product liaison responsible for communicating product solutions and value adds relative to the Amazon and GMP technology.QualificationsExpert Platform knowledge: Achieve and maintain certification across Amazon DSP and GMP (DV360; SA360; CM360) and GA4 platforms according to Jellyfish's platform certification requirements.6+ years of experience following best practices in our service offerings, and resolving tickets (Prioritisations and time management to ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs)Experience establishing communication with clients and teams, to both understand the challenges at hand and communicate solutions.Autonomous, while also collaborating with a team; reliable and accountable for the work assigned and responsible for the completion of tasks.Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts, handling renewals, contract discussions, and commercial growth.Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.Provide industry insights and strategic guidance to clients and experienced working across teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.English proficiency (upper-intermediate level at least).
