Senior Administrative Business Partner
The Position

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Administrative Business Partner, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative support for the Investor Relations department. You will support the Investor Relations, North America team in maintaining and strengthening the company’s successful interface with both external and internal audiences, including stockholders, investment analysts, employees and others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build a strong rapport with Genentech/Roche executives and external stakeholders, managing communications on a variety of inquiries and requests.  Act as a representative and ambassador to Genentech/Roche for investor visits to campus.

Manage team event calendar and events - proactively coordinate and drive completion of outstanding team deliverables for upcoming events.

Liaise with brokerage and vendor firms to plan logistics for all roadshow bus tours, conferences, and events.

Actively manage CRM tool- maintain a record of all interactions between the IR team and investors.

Manage up-to-date financial and investor relations information on the corporate website.

Point of contact for vendor management: hotels, conference call/ webcast companies, AV/staging, promotional items, PR agencies, etc.

Point of contact for the first line of communication for the IR department; triage questions from the investor community via email and phone as appropriate.

Address problems and develop practical, thorough, and creative solutions without relying on precedent or supervisory review.

Exercise independent judgment and discretion of sensitive/confidential and proprietary information

Who you are:

Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

You have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.

A polished communicator with the ability to routinely interface with senior management, financial analysts, and shareholders.

Proficient and highly capable with MS Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Google calendar, Google drive, Webex, Concur/expense reporting, CRM/database management.

Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of South San Francisco, is 72,200.00 - 134,200.00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
