Position Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

 Support CSM and Team with all clerical functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Description: Support Customer Service Manager as assigned;

Assist with:developing, motivating and maintaining a dynamic Customer Service TeamMaintain all records pertaining to the CS support team including but not limited toshared Outlook contacts and distribution listsCarrier maintenance in the TOP Tech & Galahad systemsmonthly budget account managementmonthly customer billbacksshared calendarscoverage schedulesprocedures; development and documentationtraining execution and documentationcustomer issues and inquiriesdevelop and provide reporting on customer service issuesdevelop and provide reporting on carrier performancetrack, measure and publish compliance record of various functions (Key Performance Indicators)Regional primary supportTerminal and Regional support for all analysesDaily Galahad detail verificationestablish and maintain current customer contract filesmanage record retention per company policyreview of customer billing accuracyRegional Railroad billing primary supportSystem development & enhancements participationGalahadPerform all tasks with accuracyDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship with external customers and internal KM departmentsSQE CS liaisonSQE team record keeper

Position Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education1-3 year equivalent job experience in this areaHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAdvanced Power Point skillsAdvanced Excel skills; including data gathering, statistical review and reporting

Experience, Specific Knowledge, Certification, Licenses

DOT certificationSystem orientedSAP, Galahad, Microsoft Office

$53,700 - $75,200
Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
