Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is actively seeking a bright and highly motivated Senior Administrative Assistant to support our NY Metro Transportation leadership team. **Applicants should have the ability to work in-office 5 days per week (605 3rd Avenue).** **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee calendar management for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel logistics, and catering arrangements to ensure seamless scheduling. + Draft, revise, and format a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications. + Process and submit expense reports; reconcile corporate credit card transactions with accuracy and timeliness. + Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes and confidential files. + Support strategic initiatives and special projects + Lead onboarding activities to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new team members. + Serve as the primary point of contact for office events. + Cultivate strong relationships with executives, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration. + Manage daily office operations, expense tracking, and general administrative support. + Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information and communications. + Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the leadership teams as needed. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** HS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Prior experience in executive or administrative support roles, particularly supporting senior leadership within a professional environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced settings. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other business software tools. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. **Preferred Requirements:** 10 years experience Consulting Services **Additional Information** Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
