Senior Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing engineering teams, including Operations, Process, Test, and Software Engineering. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to improving internal processes, and a strong ability to support our technical teams and leaders in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Logistical Coordination: Manage schedules, calendars, travel plans, meetings, and events. Ensure visitors feel welcome, productive, and leave with a positive impression of SEL. Organize All Hands meetings, Friday Lunch, and Pre/Post Friday Lunch presentations by identifying presenters and topics, helping develop key points, and communicate those ideas effectively.
Proactively Support: Collaborate with engineering teams and leaders to understand, track, and make visible department priorities, projects, and tasks. Ensure action items and follow-ups are recorded and executed.
Process Improvement: Identify, communicate, and implement improvements to internal processes and collaboration with partner organizations.
Onboarding: Ensure new employees have an excellent onboarding experience by preparing their tools, organizing welcome lunches, arranging training, and ensuring proactive communication prior to their start date.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and execute multifaceted functions.
Adaptability: Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities autonomously.
Background Check: Satisfactory background check results.
Drug Test: Negative drug test results.

Pay Range Data
We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. The pay range for this position is $22.84-$34.28 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
