TOLL LANDSCAPE, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the branch in Colmar, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

 

The Senior Landscape Administrator is responsible for reviewing the Toll Landscape job cost/overhead information and transactions to determine accurate submission for multiple areas independently. This role may enter, update and follow-up for the accounting and administrative support functions. In addition to supporting and implementing the continuous process improvement initiatives.

 

What are the primary responsibilities? 

Review, correct and audit all accounting information and operational reports to provide feedback and ensure accurate record keepingAssist in the continual process improvement initiatives – testing new procedures and reports, provide feedback on functionality and assist in rollout to the organizationTrack, identify, research, and summarize data to present to Toll Landscape leaders for decision making and update as neededAssist in the month end close for accounting’s deadline following a predefined checklist – review reports, reconcile transactions, prepare spreadsheets, and make accounting entriesAll other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications? 

Essential:High School Diploma4+ years’ experience administrative or office managementExperience analyzing, reviewing, and summarizing reportsFamiliarity with Construction based Accounting softwarePreferred:Associates Degree in Accounting or Business ManagementOffice experience working with a Landscape Construction operation
