The ideal candidate will be a polished, self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, great judgment, and anticipate and resolve problems before they escalate. While we expect a high level of professionalism and integrity, we also embrace light-heartedness, humour, and fun in our employees. This role will be based from the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech or sales arena, with a good grasp of the business cadence.What we offerThe opportunity to work for an inspiring leader and Leadership teamA friendly and multicultural work environmentA great team of supportive assistants to partner with Responsibilities:Provide varied administrative/business support to executives: full inbox and calendar management including private confidential data and organisationCoordination of complex and multiple participant executive or customer meetingsEvent planning: in-person and virtual events, business reviews, team building activitiesManaging special projects and group task listsA good understanding of liaising with C level customersManage US Executives’s onsite visits to EMEA HQTravel arrangements, different timezonesRequirements:The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of administrative experienceAbility to effectively represent the organisation its relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to proactively manage projects in a fast-moving and ever-changing environmentHigh integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive informationPolished, customer-facingAbility to quickly and independently executeA good sense of humourHolds oneself to a high standard and expects that of othersDetail-oriented and customer service focusedExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and to be proactive with minimal directionFlexibility working independently or partnering with a variety of teamsAbility to prioritise long task lists and meet deadlines with little directionAbility to quickly learn and follow organisational policies, practices, and operationsAbility to work well across the organisation with employees of all levels and in all departmentsExperience with fast-growing organisations is a plus, as is experience working in a software companyG Suite and Outlook calendarsOccasional travel may be requiredFluent Arabic and EnglishEducation:A degree/course in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
